My stay at The Jaffa Luxury Collection was nothing short of lovely! From the warm welcome by the superb staff to the exquisite design of my room, it was a nice experience. While the location in Old Jaffa was fantastic for both exploration and relaxation, the noise from the nearby nightclub did impact my sleep a bit. Ultimately, the luxury and service outweighed any minor inconveniences. I can't wait to return! 😊🌊

My stay at The Jaffa was a mixed bag. The design and architecture of the hotel are amazing, but the service left much to be desired. I enjoyed the beautiful pool area and friendly staff, but faced some frustrating issues with booking and my room's setup.
Rooms

My room in the historic wing had a great view, but it was dark and dimly lit. Plus, the lack of a proper desk made working a hassle.
Service
5.0
I experienced several service hiccups, like not receiving callbacks for reservations and issues with check-in. Staff were friendly, but efficiency was lacking.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location is decent but not central to the bustling tel Aviv life; it can be hard to walk around in the summer heat.
Dining

The breakfast was expensive and overwhelming, with lots of options but not enough customers to enjoy it all. The dinner service was quite slow, too.
Facilities

The outdoor spaces are stunning, but the noise from the nightclub below made it hard to relax in my room at night.

My stay at The Jaffa was a mix of highs and lows. While the hotel’s design beautifully merges modern elements with historical charm, I faced some challenges with service, especially at the restaurant and pool area. The food was excellent, particularly the local cuisine, but I'd hoped for a more seamless experience overall.

The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, although the bathroom sometimes had a moldy smell. I loved the comfortable bed, and the amenities exceeded my expectations, making for a pleasant stay despite the occasional noise from the nightclub below.

My stay at The Jaffa was fantastic! The blend of historic charm and modern luxury truly made my experience nice. The staff, including Alex and Ariela, provided excellent service and personalized attention, which enhanced my visit. The only drawback was the noise from 'The Chaple', the nightclub, which impacted my sleep. Overall, I can't wait to return! 😊
